Access to MSsql: Error: -2147217900

Using MS ACCESS to MSSQL version 3.0.0.138
access 2000, sqlexpress 2008

creating the table is working fine....but transfering data from access to mssql not.
i think the "INSERT INTO" statement isn't correct.

i changed that manually in the dump file.
but i get an error with auto-numbered fields.....

any idea?
